St.Germain addressing the October 7, 2008 Ashtar teleconference:

"Good Evening! It is I St. Germain, and I come to you, and I see the Violet Flame is ready already. Well this is a dignified occasion, but it is perfectly all right to laugh and smile at what we are doing here, on this most blessed of evenings. And so it is as Ashtar has said, it is I St. Germain who started the First World Trust.

"And just to set the record straight, I do happen to be in charge of the largest bank in the World, which at times has, of necessity, been not quite visible in 3D, but nevertheless exists, and I have set the precedent in my bank, which has gradually been turned away from, to the point where the banks of today, the big ones anyway, are doing the opposite of that which I set into my bank, and that is all right.

"Some are turning back more toward that which I ordained and made practice, and all eventually will. And I have been a visitor, not always welcome, but nevertheless, I have been a great, constant visitor many times to those whom what you would call positions of empowerment, and I have succeeded; I and the grand company, and aided greatly by your loving energies Beloved Ones.

"We have succeeded in turning things around. We have succeeded in turning many, or shall we say, influencing many of those who were wearing the dark hats to come into the Light, and there is great rejoicing over this. And yes, we are in the final lines of the last act of the drama, in which the dark hats hold center stage; the last lines of the play.

"And so it is that we have an exercise to do tonight that will bring together, and focus upon bringing into 3D reality that which you have known of, that which we have spoken of, for years as you measure time.

"And so we ask that you breathe now. Breathe it in. And if you are not already feeling the Divine Light of the Violet Ray, please invite it in with your breathing. This is most important. Please invite it in to the all that you are. Just breathe it in, and expand it out, so that you are actually sharing it with all of those around you, all of those together here present in this family gathering.

"Bring it together, and let it share, and let it circulate in beautiful waves. Envision the waves as you like, just know that all of Planet Earth is a sphere, and as above so below, as without, so within. So you Beloved Ones in your own Divine Essence, in your own Divine Spirit. You are also a sphere, and so see these waves coming into the all of you, and not just one, or two dimensionally, but in 3D configuration, which is that of the sphere as opposed to the flat circle.

"Now why do we say this, why are we emphasizing 3D? Well, it is because Beloved Ones, this exercise is designed. You bring in the Violet Ray from the dimensions that are higher than 3D. You bring it right in through your Crown Chakra. You let it permeate the wholeness of your being.

"Now enlarge your heart space even more, so that all that you send out goes on wings of Love from your own hearts individually, and then join your hearts with all, so that we have first a group heart, and then a world-wide heart, all energized by the Violet Ray.

"We call forth the Violet Ray to transmute all that might be an impediment, a blockage, an obstruction, to that which we all wish to co-create, and indeed are.

"We call forth the Violet Ray to empower our work here tonight. And what is it that we are working to do, what is our mission? Our mission is the coming on to center stage of the Spirits known as Lady Nesara, and Lady Liberty. And they carry with them the Constitution of the united States of America, which we have energized before.

"And now see that entering onto the stage, also comes the Blue Light of Truth, to be spoken by all, who are upon the stage, and by all who are viewing the stage. And so here are the components of what you call the Golden Age. And now see. See the Angel. See the chorus of Angels. Hear them singing Peace on Earth. Hear them singing of compassionate Love to all.

"And see the Doves coming, the symbols of Peace with the Olive branches in their mouths. This is not surrender into someone who wins a war. This is surrendering to the All that we are Beloved Ones, to the Divinity we are. To the Mother Father Creator

of All, who after all created only Love, and that's all that we really are. Let that Blue Light of Truth come through the All that you are, and affirm that to you.

"Love is all that Mother Father ever created, and Love is all that we are, and Love is Divine and Sacred, and the most powerful energy of the Universe. And it is on the Wings of Love that the messages go out. And when you are ready start sending out those messages on the Wings of Love, empowered by Truth, empowered by the . Transmutational Violet Ray, that has the ability to go anywhere, because any blockage that is in its path, is transmuted by the Violet Ray into a loving opening. The path is cleared.

"Now send the songs of Lady Liberty and Lady Nesara, however they might sound or feel to you, send them out. Invite Archangel Gabriel, if you will, to blow his trumpet, announcing that time, as Earth measures time is NOW! Everyone listen, everyone wake up listen to that trumpeting sound, and know that time is NOW.

"And now see coming onto the center of the stage, Lady Master Nada herself. She appears almost crystalline, she sparkles so. She is such a Light and radiant being that you can see. Look into the eyes of Lady Master Nada, and see the Love that she has there for you, and for all the inhabitants of Mother Earth, below, on, and yes, above. We are included.

"She loves all with fair and equal Compassion. And see her welcome once again those who are not yet ready to surrender to the Love Light they are. And see her invite them to come, even as she invites all to come forward, and to gaze, and focus, with intensity, and with Joy, upon those who occupy the stage now; all beings of Love and Light.

"I, St. Germain, am honored to be spokesperson. Well yes, I do have a body you know. And my body may be shining, but I AM Spokesperson for all of these wondrous Spirits, coming, and filling the stage, and welcoming, welcoming Lady Master Nada. And now see that some in the audience rise at her invitation.

"Humans, yes, well really, Star Beings such as yourselves, Beloved Ones, and representatives from the Angel Kingdoms, and the Fairy Kingdoms, the Stars, and the Kingdoms of the Ascended Masters, and all of those whose heritage is encased within the human bodies that stand, and come forward to be on the stage for this announcement.

"And there are many, many parts to this announcement, which shall be hi-lighted at first, that is the main points, if you will, shall be a part of the initial announcement. And then Beloveds, the Truth, the Truth, will shine forth like an infinite number of stars, which will be strong and empowered with Love.

"And it shall be accompanied by the Violet Ray, to again, break through the barriers most often resistant to change, that so many upon Planet Earth have, who inhabit the Kingdom of the humans, And wherever there is resistance, that one's Guides shall make themselves known even more, so that the humans upon Planet Earth, who are shocked, and totally surprised in their conscious beings, will find Peace and Joy, because it will resonate with them as Truth.

"And as all of this comes forth from this grand stage, Beloved Ones, here you are.  And as the announcement is made, and as the initial announcement, the high points you might say, are spoken, softly at first, and then louder and louder. You will hear applause; this is a recognizing of the Light workers, who have held the sacred Truth, who have kept the faith as they say, who had, even though they may have had some momentary moments of doubt, or concern, or fear. Are shining so bright today, that they are making all of this possible.

"It's you Beloveds. It's all of you lighting up so beautifully. And so you will have recognition, not that you are seeking it, but simply that it will be expressed to you. Thanks and Gratitude from your Family, from the Ascended Masters, the Representatives of the Galactic Federation, the Solar Tribunal, and indeed of all of the Planets and Stars, and Moons, and Suns of the Universe.

"From the Great Central Sun itself, shall come a shining of Love Light that you're ready for, because you have been doing this work, and it shall come to all of the Light Workers of the Planet whom you call Family, and all Light workers are Family really, our Family, but it is the Light workers, who recognize their status as a member of Family.

"And to those of you in human bodies, members of the Ashtar Command, we shall also be recognized as such, and you shall be called upon to step forward, and to continue with missions already begun, and to initiate new missions, as Peace Makers, and Peace Keepers upon the Planet, really the Peace Keepers, because NESARA is the ultimate Peacemaker.

"There shall be Peace on Earth, not just at Christmas Eve, as you call it, or on the eve of other spiritual holidays, holy days they are, but there shall be Peace on earth evermore.  This is the promise of the Golden Age. This is the promise of NESARA. This is the promise that was made to you so long ago when you volunteered to come into these bodies for this lifetime.

"It was not always evident that the promise would be kept , simply because it was not always evident that the mission would be completed, but the consciousness of the people, the Love of the people, expanded, and expanded exponentially as Ashtar would say, and so now here we are all together, all the Peacemakers come together to celebrate and to hear this announcement, and to be recognized into the Family of One, the Family of Light, the Family of the Golden Age.

"So send it out even more, these visions, these promises, which are being kept , and let the World know that it is time for that trumpet to blow. It is time for the events to unfold, for the events to culminate, in the announcement, in the realization, in the actualization of NESARA on Earth, and all the blessings it brings. And oh yes, there shall be blessings of abundance for all too, monetary and otherwise.

"And so it is Beloveds that this Golden Age shall begin with this flowing of abundance to all that all may be free from whatever harsh laws and dogmas they may have been enslaved to by their will. And so it is we can assure you that we so appreciate the difference with that they know things had to get to this point where they have gotten too in order for them to truly understand the Joy, and the Love and the Freedom that NESARA brings to the entire World.

"As it is announced in the United States of America, so shall it be received and welcomed in every country of Planet Earth. And it's for all. It's for all, every single living being upon the Planet. It is the Planet that shall ascend. And though it is true that not all will go at the same time into the Higher Dimensions, there will be large groups, and they will be linked around the World .

"And those that have the wisdom of the Earth will be sharing it even more. And those who have the intelligence of technology will be sharing it even more. And there shall be great Oneness. And that Beloveds is the greatest gift of all of NESARA and all the blessings that it brings. It shall unite the World, not in slavery, not under control of any one being or group, but it shall unite the world in true Family, and true Oneness, and in true Love. And that Beloveds is the greatest gift of all.

"Let Lady Nesara, Lady Liberty, and Lady Master Nada , have come forward on this stage to share. So breathe it out Beloveds, and breathe it in at the same time. Fill yourselves with it, with the Joy of it. And even now we can tell you that you have empowered this grand announcement, and this grand true welcoming of the Golden Age to Planet Earth in all of its dimensions, and you have greatly facilitated in this exercise of Love and Joy.

"So listen for a moment to your own hearts, your own beings, and join in with the grand chorus of all.  One we are evermore.  And so it is. Namaste!"
