Fran: Good afternoon, Everybody! This is Fran from Ashtar On The Road, and we are hosting today, Sunday the third of August, a special report from Tara and Rama, and we welcome them to give us the latest behind the scene news. I’ll mention their website 2013rainbowroundtable just for reference and you can go there for the additional updates 
from their BBS Radio broadcasts and others. And so we welcome Tara and Rama.
Tara & Rama: Greetings…
Tara: …Everyone.
Rama: Yes.
Tara: On this bright new August time.
Rama: Holy day.
Tara: Holy day?
Rama: Well, Sunday is the Sun’s day.
Tara: Okay, our mission today and our mandate, is to help answer a very pressing question, which is, “What can all of us as Lightworkers do to help get through to the announcements of our N.E.S.A.R.A. Law? And is there any particular way to assist in the process other than what we are already doing?”
And Rama spoke with, he took a little ride and went to speak with RanaMu, our sister, a Wingmaker from 175 million years into the future who came back to the present moment to also do the same thing, at the level that she can, to help us to get an answer on that question.
So yesterday on our show we did something that was really, kind of powerful. We studied the Nam Myōhō Renge Kyō mantra, which is just the first little section from something called the Lotus Sutra. And this mantra was developed by a Buddha from 700 years ago, Nichiren Daishonin. This is about a universal peace.
Rama: Mhmm.
Tara: And what these kinds of powerful mantras can do, is that they can move all times and all space into a new time and a new space, with the proper intention at the highest level of pure heart and pure mind, and clear mind.
Rama: Mhmm.
Tara: This is the possibility and the truth. So we did that for ten minutes on a universal basis with a few thousand people yesterday, and the power was overwhelming!
Rama: Yes.
Tara: So Rama came and talked to RanaMu and said, “We did this yesterday. Is that what you mean?” And RanaMu said...
Rama: “Yes, and there are so many more sound frequencies, mantras, as well as actively participating in taking a stand in your local government, because it begins at the local level where you address your Senators and Congressmen at a town hall meeting, and as you do that in the Office of the Christ, you will know that you are protected.”
Tara: Yes, so she said it has to be both ends. So we’ll take heed. In other words, the active part is as equally important as working with these sound mantra vibrations, colour, sound and vibration, and light language.
Rama: And the key to this that RanaMu said is meditation every single day. Because this changes the vibration on an exponential level across the planet!
Tara: Yeah, equal time every day. Then she went on and said, you know we took a bodhisattva vow, all of us are Buddhas. And that is the teaching of the Lotus Sutra too, and that we take care of the least amongst us in so doing that at the 3D level.
Then she said, “I don’t interfere in your planet’s destiny because I am from your future, and I already know the outcome. And it’s against the cosmic law to intervene at that level.”
Rama: Yeah, because it changes the timeline.
Tara: Yeah, and that’s not okay. If anybody watched Star Trek you know that’s true. So then she said, she went on and said, “I pulled some strings and I called up Barney Frank, retired Congressmen Barney Frank, Senator Chuck Schumer , and Senator Al Franken and got them all together.”
And then she said, “I said to them, I have got a favor to ask of you folks. As you wish, you two who are still in Congress, and you Barney who are of a great influence as a retired member of that body Congress. As you all wish to really have freedom, which you and everyone else on this planet does not presently have at all in real time.” She said, “I am asking of you a very big favour. I need each of you to get in touch with Dr. Stephen Bassett, and Dr. Steven Greer, and retired senator Mike Gravel. All three were present at the Citizens Hearing [On Disclosure] last year at the end of April and early May. I want you, all of you to come together and start disseminating how you’re going to disclose, that means announce, our presence in your affairs, and in your Earth’s present needs for our intervention in your civilization’s development. Are you going to talk about us in a place of hope, or in a voice of fear? As it stands now, we are considered a threat. I am going to leave you now to your own thoughts. You know all the answers, and we know you know all the answers. Go in the Office of the Christ, and know that how you address this situation I am leaving you with in your very capable hands to resolve. And how you present it to the American people, and to the people of the world. How you choose in a courageous manner to do this mission can and shall have a major effect upon the destiny your beautiful planet, Tita Lakoria, The Diamond One.”
RanaMu said, after she bid them farewell and then got off the phone with Barney and Al and Chuck, she said that a lot of curious Lightworkers out in the world who are going to listen to our message here today, a lot of them do not necessarily have a full faith and ability to believe in these reports. And they may be calling Barney and Al and Chuck up, and they might try to get their opinions on what has been just said here in this report, and shared here now. And what RanaMu said is that they will be completely denied, everything that was said here. And they will say, I don’t know what in heaven you are talking about, and please get off of my phone, and they will say, have a nice day, and hang up on all you Lightworkers who pursue this at that level. RanaMu said, “This response is absolutely necessary in order for them to stay alive.” And then she just said, “Speak this, these words, when you come to this call.”
And then Rana, I mean the King of Swords, sent a text message to Rama, regarding something that we read yesterday on our show. And it was an article from 2006, September 30, 2006.
This is an article that came from Truthseeker.org from England. And this young man named James Casbolt was reporting. And he worked for the MI6 in the covert cocaine trafficking operations with the IRA in London between 95 and 99. And his father Peter Casbolt works for MI6 and with the C Blank A, and the mafia in Rome in 1993 in covert cocaine and heroin trafficking operations. The reason I’m bringing this up is because the King of Swords made this clear as well as this gentlemen in the article, that drug trade, the global drug trade has been what’s been feeding the funds to build Dulce and Los Alamos, and Pine Gap, and numerous, unable to count how many there are, at least 1,400 of these, what they call deep underground military bases, and that’s DUMBS, kind of a silly name for them.
Rama: Dumbs.
Tara: Yes, and numbers of these bases were completely gutted and we reported this on our show a couple of years ago already.
Rama: Yes.
Tara: But there’s- not everything is completed on that level. And what’s been going on is this is a carryover from ah, it’s a carryover from World War Two. And so in the finishing up of the story is that there have been many children and adults across this planet every single year since World War Two, that have been being abducted. In the United States it’s at least a million a year. And they’ve been taken to these underground bases and they’ve been tortured, and they’ve been harvesting their organs and using them to stay alive themselves in our dimension to completely create more havoc. So, the drug war has to completely end. And so the King of Swords, he reported that James Cobolt…
Rama: Casbolt.
Tara: Casbolt has gone underground.
Rama: Yea.
Tara: About three years ago.
Rama: He just disappeared off the…
Tara: Off the radar. Off the radar.
Rama: Yeah.
Tara: Cannot be located. Yet he’s alive, he’s well, and he’s been working with the White Knights, and working with the good E.T.’s to intervene and finish rooting out the dark E.T.’s who invaded our planet 13,000 years ago.
And these dark E.T.’s are the thirteen families and their extended family members who have been using the drug money to keep this whole operation of secrecy about the presence of our good E.T. brothers and sisters. And he said that the E.T.’s- our good E.T. brothers and sisters are absolutely winning!
So, what is our answer to this question? The answer to the question is that we got to get into the 3D into the community level. And into these kinds of meetings, and make it clear that full disclosure is the next step. It’s not the step after; it’s not down the road. And so the more that we work together to actually clear up any of our doubts, together, about the reality that we are E.T.’s, and we are of those who wish to help this planet.
And in order to do something about this right now we have a wonderful measure that was taken by our sister RanaMu and addressing these three good members of congress. And that we can do some work together between now and the next time that we come together on the 12th of August with our Ashtar on the Road call. In using mantras, in using the work that we can do, more things than we have done before now, to first of all, anchor more fully in each of our communities the presence of our good E.T. brothers and sisters, as well as to send on a meditative basis, everyday, Love and Light to these three particular members of our congress in their work to bring the presence of the E.T. full disclosure to the world. And I think that’s as far as we can go right now.
Rama: Yea.
Tara: And to just know, Everyone, that this has been a job that has not had to do with money, and never did. And that the job has been excruciatingly difficult, especially in the face of this information, and programming, and mind control. And one of the biggest problems has been organized religion that has lied about everything to the people. And mind control, and all of the things that they cover up. Including chemtrails which has mind control operatives within it.
Rama: Mhmm.
Tara: And so those things are alsothings that you might want to include into your meditations for and using these different types of mantras that can literally move time and space. And maybe we’ll come together again, and we’ll play a little piece of it next time, and each time thereafter, as it’s so powerful. And as we reaffirm that we are a small group that can change the world. Namaste everybody. Sat nam.
