"Now we know that 2-0-1-0 was a year of high anticipation, expectation, hope, and just plain wanting to move ahead more fully into the Golden Age. But as you are all aware, the tenacity of those who wear the dark hats has been, hummm, something that we, even with our capabilities, did not foresee, because you see the timelines have been changing so fast, and so often.

 

"And of course this is the Planet of free will, but as we have told you before, and we shall restate this so it's very clear, the Galactic Federation has given us, and the Ascended Masters we are working with, and the ground crew, you, Beloved Family, in particular, full permission.  There are no blocks, bars, closed doors, or anything of that nature to what we are authorized to do to bring about all that you have been envisioning: Peace on Earth - absolutely; Abundance for all - for sure; and Joy to the World - Freedom from the enslavement that has been so diligently, shall we say, put around your necks, like such a thin rope that you don't even know it's there until they really start tightening the noose.

 

"Well forget that! There are no ropes around anyones' necks anymore. Hummm, well we shall say around anyone's neck who are in this group, and who are wearing the white hats, or who have no knowledge yet of what's been going on, but have their hearts open to give and receive Love. And that includes almost all of the World, because as you know, it's been a very small group that has wanted to do otherwise.

 

"Now what's been going on this year has been what you call preparation, the building of foundation. We talk about the cornerstones of the foundation, and we talk about Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude, but not that many people in the World have acknowledged the importance of these foundations, or these cornerstones.

 

"Now the World is clamoring, literally clamoring, for open existence of these cornerstones in place, and recognized, and forming the foundation, or shall we say the most important part of the foundation, for life in the Golden Age.  And we shall be creating intention, deliberate and high vibe, in our Peace Exercise for the coming year, and that shall be our gift, during what remains of these Holy Days of 2-0-1-0, to the Planet and the Universe beyond.

 

"Now you all know about WikiLeaks, and we are going to suggest to you that you pay even more attention to the WikiLeaks.  If you know of someone who is asleep at the moment, but might be interested, invite them over for a little WikiLeaks talk, perhaps.  Send out some of the 'youtubies' that have been made on the WikiLeaks, or website addresses where they can find them. 

 

"And yes, we know there is some news about more repressive measures being taken, and the FCC has new empowerment over the internet, and all of that. Relax!  If you will take note of this year 2-0-1-0, you will know that in many cases the most repressive measures that were designed to tighten that noose once again have worked exactly the opposite.  They are literally tightening the nooses around their own necks, these creators of these (rules). 

 

"Thanks to the brave reporters, the ones who are the tellers of Truth, who have the missions and know them!  And you know who they are: Rachel, Keith, Ed, Amy, and there are more. And they have brought things up for consideration, for examination, and let's just say for Forgiveness.  Because, certainly a lot of dark deeds have taken place, more than even are evident.

 

"Now let's talk about the Gulf Oil Spill.  That's not hopeless you know.  We can remedy, that is, heal the waters of the Gulf, almost instantaneously with the technology that we have.  However, we have been wanting some partnering, and we are receiving it with people upon Planet Earth, who have already begun to prove that they too have ways and methods.  They may not be as fast as ours, but it's happening there.  While at the same time there seem to be some very big repercussions, and this is necessary in order for people to understand the gravity of the situation, and it is well indeed that it is coming back into the news, even if only as a comparison.  Yes, there are people getting sick from being in the most contaminated of the waters, from eating the shrimp and other beings, who have been brought ashore and seem to be safe, and so on, and so on. 

 

"And there are economic repercussions which are being felt over the areas most affected, the areas that border upon the Gulf.  And it is not just in the United States of America either.  It is happening in the country of Mexico, and even to some extent in the countries to the south of Mexico.  It's huge!  It is one of the biggest stories of deliberate foul play by those perpetrators of this most heinous event.  But it can all be remedied, and reversed, and indeed it shall be.  This is what we see for 2-0-1-1, and we're not talking about the very last day. 

 

"You may recall that in the earlier era, the 1960's, as you call them, the hippie times, the early 1970's, which was like a dress rehearsal for the times today,  because, no, Ascension did not take place, and no, Peace, Joy and Love did not quite rule the Planet, but it was the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

 

"You may recall that the President of the United States of America was Richard Nixon, and he was raised in the religion of the Quakers, which is quite peaceful, nevertheless he was quite a warmonger, because he was using the war in Vietnam for his own ends.  He got his votes.  He got elected on the basis that he would get the United States of America and the World out of the war in Vietnam.

 

"Approximately seven years later he had to resign in disgrace, because he was facing impeachment, and the war was still going on.  So much for promises, but that was a dress rehearsal for today.  Today there are many around the World who remember that time, and have been clamoring from the very beginning, even since "Shrub Senior" went into Iraq, and now Junior has taken us there again.  Well, it was really more the plot of Cheney and Rove and those ones, nevertheless it has happened.  And now Afghanistan is seething with hatreds, old hatreds being stirred up, old religious dogmas that are being utilized as an excuse to continue warfare.

 

"And it is not just war that involves the United States of America, it involves the different tribes, the different people, who are already there in those countries, and so it is important that we recognize that the roots of war go way back, centuries, and centuries, and centuries.  And it's all ending, because the foundations are being built upon the cornerstones which are in place, and this happened largely, came to fruition during this year of 2-0-1-0. 

 

"Just think about it, WikiLeaks has exposed and the Gulf Oil Spill has happened, which have triggered awakenings around the World, which have caused people to come together and say: "NEVER AGAIN!"  And even though it may seem as though nothing is happening behind the scenes, the reality is much different.  There are plans afoot to take the World completely out of the whole existence that it is in right now in third dimension, that is, out of the program of being dependent upon oil.  And of course the 'Oil Beings' know it.  And guess what?  All their stickiness, all their slickness, is showing, is coming out, and it is blatant.  And this has happened during this year 2-0-1-0 for the entire world to see. 

 

"You want to talk about Hillary - well Hillary and the justification for removing Hillary from the scene long ago - and all that remains is her holographic programming. It is coming out now, and people are beginning to understand.  Do you realize that particularly in the united States of America there are many people, most of them women, who think that Hillary is some kind of a champion?  Well she's the champion all right, but a champion at looking out for herself at the expense of everyone and anyone that she chooses to remove from the scene.  And this has been the way she has been always, because this is how she was born.

 

"So she will not be on the scene any longer, and there are others.  And you can expect some rather startling news stories coming out about exposure, and the trials that you're hearing about, have really, a lot of them, gone on, and will be ongoing, being presented as a resolution. We will continue to ask that the World send Forgiveness -Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude - to all of the ones who are on the trial, because the old dogmas, you know the ones that say an eye for an eye, or what you call the Sharia (Islamic) Law, those are the words of false teachers - prophets maybe - well, prophesizing their own rise perhaps.

 

"And these are programs that are absolutely coming to an end.  And this has had to be a painstaking, gradual, process.   We have not yet made the major announcements, but you heard the word, the 'Tweety Bird'* has spoken, and so it is.  You see they stand ready to come onto the stage, and it will be the stage of   2-0-1-1.  It must be.  Look at your calendars.  And whether you see the end of the Mayan Calendar as already having happened, or about to happen, or happen sooner than 2012 we're here to tell you this:  'Ascension is real!'  Just ask anybody who's got a little bit of what you call 'Ascensionitis' going on.

 

"We are real!  You know that!  Just feel the Love that we have for you, and know without a doubt that we are real, and we are very much a part of you and your lives, because you have allowed us in.  You, Beloved Family, have led the way and blazed the trails for us to come and be so involved with what is going on on Planet Earth.  It is through your requests, and your giving of permission that the Galactic Federation has said, 'Go for it!  Work with the Beings on the Planet, all who want to be a part of it, and let's get it done!'

 

"If you hadn't heard that before, it has been stated before in most recent times, because there were always allowances having to be made according to the Laws of the Universe and what Planet Earth is, a 'freewill' Planet.  Allowances always had to be made, up until quite recently, for the dark hats to continue to play their dark destructive scenarios, to inflict upon the people and all the kingdoms of Mother Gaia, their experiments, their tortures, their starvations, their disasters, and their lies.

 

"But thanks to the Galactic Federation, which in turn is thankful to you, Beloved Ones, and the Light Workers of Planet Earth, that is not the situation anymore, and that is the happiest news we could give to you in this end of the year wrap-up, so to speak.

 

"Now supporting all of these changes - you all know that we are still enjoying some very special days - days of almost unlimited empowering energies coming to the Planet.  You can take those energies and accomplish more with this latest group which began on approximately the 10 date of December, and accomplish more for yourselves and for the Planet, than has been possible for the whole year, with a few perhaps, exceptions, people who have made their Ascensions already for instance.  So you can see how important these days have been.

 

"And whatever you have done to pay it forward - to call in your own abundance, to call in healing, to give to the Planet your Love, your Compassion, your Forgiveness, your Gratitude, to help even one being, to invite perhaps a Master to come in the clothing of the beggar - anything and everything that you have done to utilize these energies in these past few days has resulted in a lighting up of the planet that has not been since the very beginning! 

 

"We know we have often told you what a difference you're making.  Well, we kneel before you in absolute reverence and appreciation.  T'is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength that we honor you, and we rise to hold your hands, and come together as Brothers and Sisters in this mission.  You have honored us beyond words with your participation, and we have expressed honoring to you in a way that we know you can understand and feel, for that is the way of Planet Earth.

 

"We are very close with you, because you have brought yourselves to this place of highness, and we have much to share with you as we together say farewell to what remains of 2-0-1-0, and move ahead into this sacred year of 2-0-1-1.  And we encourage you to continue with your meditations, and with the sharing of your energies.  Help yourselves to the energies of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude. They're there for you, Beloved Ones.  When we talk about the cornerstones, don't think of something static, think of something that reaches out to you with empowering energies.  Help yourselves and fill up with it, and then send it on out. 

 

"We shall have another one who is such a symbol of Love, and yet such a living breathing being, because he breathes the Love out to us, even as he receives it from us.  And he shall be with us to do our Exercise when we have reached that joyful point in our conversation here tonight.  

 

"But let us start with some visions here.  We invite you.  You know there is a custom at the end of the year, well and good, if you choose to do the New Year's resolutions, by all means. Why don't you just summarize a bit in some manner that encompasses the great Love that you are, and then if you want to be a little specific, for instance:  'I know that I AM Love.  I freely acknowledge that I AM One with the Universe, and my New Year's Resolution is:  To be the Love in all that I think, say, and do.'

 

"Now that's pretty good, and it's pretty simple, and you can be a little bit more specific under that if you want.   But what we're talking about here are the intentions for 2-0-1-1.  What do you want to bring forth, first of all in your own life?  Make your list of intentions for the new year.  How do you intend your life to be - bumpy, kind of like a roller coaster ride with a lot of adrenaline thrown in there?  Or would you like high road, smooth and peaceful?  Then give that intention.  You might want to make some stickies, you know those little pieces of paper, those sticky notes that you can put up everywhere.  'My path is high, and smooth, and peaceful, and overflowing with Love.'  You can even flood your path with Love if you want.  It won't hurt you a bit, because it's not sticky, but you can put it on notes and stick it up somewhere. 

 

"How do you want to greet your neighbors when you go outside of your home that you live in?  Do you want to radiate Love to them?  If so, say so: 'I AM a radiant being of Love, and I share it with all of my neighbors, my friends, my family, and the Universe beyond!'

 

"How about these politicians?  How about: 'I create Peace amongst all of those who have been elected to serve, and I send them the Blue Sword Excalibur, so that everything they say may be truthful from now on!?  Now that's a 'biggy' isn't it? With Love.  'And I forgive all of those who are about to leave, or who have been removed from the scene already, and I look forward to being connected with those who are remaining, because they are ones of Light as am I!'

 

"Well now that is a very loving way to express 'farewell' to some of those who have not really been golden ones, Golden Age Ones, and at the same time acknowledging those who are, and have been.  And you can do the same with every category of people you know, the bankers, the doctors, and all of those that you feel may, or may not, be prepared to be residents of the Golden Age.  Just do it with Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude and all is well.

 

"Now let's talk about what  are we going to have in 2-0-1-1.  Well, how about dollars?  There isn't anybody in this group who is not ready to receive the abundance that is there.  St. Germaine's Bank is there.  Everybody has an account in St. Germaine's Bank, and the dollars are going to flow forth as soon as the loose ends are finished being tied up, and they are so close to being tied up, and we mean really tied up!  There are not a whole lot of anything in the way of glitches, and sudden surprising movements and so on, because we are now on the inside of all of their planning meetings, and so on, and so on, and we have removed the majority of the programs that have been running. 

 

"You may get an echo or two.  These next few weeks, let us say the first week or two of the Congress, might seem to be somewhat frustrating.  You don't really need to pay a lot of attention, just send them Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude, if you are so inclined, because they're going to be exposing themselves like never before.  We're talking about the 'Tan Man,' all right, we're talking about the one called Mitch, with the big glasses.  He's kind of blind, but that is all right.  We're talking about the ones who are wanting to stir up all the trouble, and take away the gains that have been made, and make everything appear to be black, even though it is the opposite, and so on, and so on.  They're tripping and stumbling all over themselves already behind closed doors.  And guess what -we're there!  And we can create energies of Truth, that is, utilize energies of Truth to create Truth coming out.  So if you want to do a little of that from the highest realms, by all means.

 

"Now let's talk about foods.  Oh my!  Different countries have put out different rules and regulations concerning food.  But the Truth of it is, that those Monsanto people and others are still doing everything they can to contaminate the food supplies of the World.  But guess what?  Just like the waters of the Gulf, we can clean up the food, and clean up the Earth, and create genuine conditions, genuinely favorable conditions World-wide for growing whatever anybody wants to grow. 

 

"Now we know that the climate is changing, and there are some things that are going on right now which may not be entirely pleasant, but as one wise one said, 'It's a cleansing,' this ferocious seeming weather.  And yes, we know that those of you who are paying attention know that there seem to be ongoing shakings of Mother Gaia, that are somewhat unusual in that they are so prolonged.  But most of the shakings are benign in the sense that they really do not do any harm, and they are doing good, because Mother is adjusting, and will continue to adjust very gently.

 

"Nobody's going to fall off of the surface of the Earth, and there's not going to be a huge gigantic disruptive pole shift.  And we want everyone to know that, because it is time, more than anything else, Beloved Ones, as far as attitudes are concerned, as far as habits of thought, as far as emotions are concerned, and cleansing, and clearing, and doing ho'oponoponos - the most important of the emotions and the thoughts to cleanse from everywhere in your beings, is that of fear.  

 

"So if you have some fears about the weather, or the shakings of Planet Earth, or the coming of the ships, because you're worried that you won't know who's for real and who's not, or soldiers running amuck through your streets, or any of that kind of thing,  it is for you to rise high enough to where these fears literally fall off.  And that, Beloved Ones, is the most important thing that you can do.  Now if you'll go back to that sticky note and remember what we suggested as a model, it's not that you need to copy it, it's just simply a model. When you do that, when you put that thought out verbally and otherwise, mentally, emotionally, when you allow your being to fill with it, when you put it right down in your heart - you can put the sticky note right over your heart if you want to - MAGIC HAPPENS, because you can't feel any fear, because it can't exist, because you're up so high. 

 

"And that, Beloved Ones, is the secret to all healing, to all cleansing, to all clearing, to all releasing, to all letting go, to all transmutation.  Get up in the high vibes!  And by all means call upon your Guides, call upon the Violet Ray.  St. Germaine is a presence here.  He's getting a lot of exercise walking through walls these days.  That's what I mean when I say we're present.  We're present at these meetings that go on, these high level meetings where the dark hats are trying to hatch some nefarious scheme, and we're there to say 'Uh, uh, uh, uh, no you don't, not anymore you don't,' or words to that effect.  (We have to put a high vibe note of humor in somewhere, because we don't want you to think we're all serious.)  We are serious in our presentations, but it's all right to laugh a bit along the way, because that is another way to dispel fear.  And we want you to focus, if you want to be doing your utmost to participate in creating the 2-0-1-1 on the highest vibes possible.  Whew, it just feels so delightful up here in this high realm, this high dimensionality!

 

"Then you need to rise above your fears, cleanse, clear, do whatever you need to do. Ho'oponopono works beautifully, and it's so simple.  Get your Guidance Group together, do a meditation, play some high vibe music, do whatever you can do to bring yourselves up into the highest dimensionality you can possibly reach, because that is the key to being a Citizen of the Universe in 2-0-1-1.

 

"Create your visions, draw pictures, do whatever, sticky notes everywhere, surround yourselves with your visions: abundance, loving relationships, joyful activities and pastimes, passions expressed so that work becomes Joy.  Work becomes an expression of Love, an outpouring of Fun and Joy, and giving in such a way that it touches people's hearts.  That's relating on a high level.

 

"And if there is someone who just isn't getting it, remember to do some telepathy, some telepathic communications with them if they don't want to listen to your voice, and just send them ho'oponopono, send them Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude.  And you can send them visions.  If you know somebody's who's a grouch, because they are feeling quite financially destitute, send them bags of gold in your telepathic communication.  Ask Lady Nesara to give them a greeting so that they tingle, and know that they are in a moment of low dimensionality, and perhaps they will come to you and say, 'It's time for me to fly, will you fly with me?'

 

"Those are the visions, Beloved Ones.  Those are what are going to get everything accomplished and spread Worldwide.  And start thinking about what you are going to do with your abundance.  Do you want a bigger home? You can have it.  Do you want to redecorate the one you have?  You can do it.  Do you want to travel?  Wow, that's a thought!  You could go anywhere in the World you know, because that which is known as borders and border guards, and TSA, and so on, and so on, will no longer be needed.  Thank them for their service now.  They're just as caught up in the lies.  In other words they don't know, except for the ones at the very top.  They know what they are hearing, and they believe it to be Truth, so they're doing their job as they are told to do by their bosses, and they don't know the real Truth.  But you do, so send them your Love, if you're going to be traveling, and need to pass through their checkpoints, just beam them, beam everybody there, and enjoy the ease with which you pass.  Put your shields up so that the radiation doesn't penetrate into your fields.  Just say 'no thank you' and go on your journey.  That will be momentary. 

 

"Whatever it is that you desire - and we know that many of you desire only to pay it forward more.  You are so blessed, Beloved Ones, because you bless us and each other with your loving thoughts.  So, start thinking, what does pay it forward mean?   What am I going to do?  Whose candle am I going to light, because the time is close?  And you can wait until you receive it to get inspired. 

 

"But you can also start now with your vision, because the more Love, and the more energy and empowerment you put into your visions now, the faster you bring them to you, and the faster the entire Planet begins truly, as a whole Planet -except of course for those who don't choose to be a part of it - to recognize that Planet Earth is truly enjoying living in, and being in the Golden Age, which has been promised, and which is a promise being kept.  Thanks to you, Beloved Ones, thanks to you!  And so I, Ashtar, shall move aside.  We have a wondrous loving one coming.  And we shall together anchor all of the visions for the Golden Age into the year 2-0-1-1.  And so it is!  Salut!"
