"This is not our usual 'Ashtar on the Road' call, but we’d like to welcome you. This is where we gather as Family. Indeed, I AM Elise, the Communications Coordinator, Fran is the Webmaster, Susan of course, you heard her voice, she’s actually our Voice of Ashtar and the Ascended Masters that come through, and Arnold of course, is our transcriber, and our purpose is Love: to express it, to live it, and to empower with it.

"And Ashtar is the Supreme Commander of the Galactic Federation Fleet, which is comprised of millions of ships from all over the Galaxy on various missions of Creator Source, and indeed they are empowering our world now to bring us up to the Golden Age, to bring in, along with our assistance, to uplift the entire Planet to a higher vibration of Love, for all of Mankind, all of Humanity, and all of Mother Gaia’s Kingdoms, the Animal Kingdom, Mineral Kingdom, Devic Kingdom, the Fairies, all of it. We’re all raising in vibration to basically ascend to a higher way of being.

"And so what I wanted to do this evening is, it was very important that we start off with the Preamble to the Constitution. So if you’ll just center yourself for a moment. Breathe in Golden Light. Breathe it in. Open the crown chakra at the top of your head, and see a big golden ball at the top of your head, and see it filling up with the rays of Love of Creator Source.

"And just feel your connection, your energy Being is connected to God-Goddess of All That Is. And that Love and Light is streaming down your spine, and just triggering every one of your chakras to spin and clear, and spin and clear, and release any energy, any vibration that is not of the highest and best good, because we are all divinely protected here, and we are all Divine.

"So breathe in deeply, and breathe this energy all the way down through your being, and connect it all the way to the center core of Mother Earth. And know that you are tethered securely to Mother Earth, and with one big 'Thank you, thank you, thank you Mother Earth, for supporting us in this fashion'. 'Thank you for loving us, and filling us with Joy, and filling us with Healing, and filling us with Love, unconditional Love that only a Mother can offer, only a High Dimensional Mother can offer.'

"And as I go through this Preamble of the Constitution, I invite you to envision Archangel Michael is with us and he is handing you Excalibur, the Sword of Truth, so that as we listen to this information on this call, that we are only receiving the highest and best Truth for ourselves. And blaze the Violet Flame and see your entire energy body filling with the Violet Flame, and feel every cell of your body being transmuted to a higher vibration of Joy and healing. Now feel your whole energy body fill with Gold energy.

"Now further streaming in is the Platinum ray, and Crystalline ray; then feel the crystalline grid that we are all a part of right now. Just see the Light streaming out around the entire planet and illuminating the entire planet’s crystalline grid, and we are securely planted on this grid, and also the Ruby ray of Love.

"And just feel the energy of St. Germain, Lady Nesara, Lady Liberty, Lady Master Nada, Sananda, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, and all of your Angels and Guides all joining us at this very moment. And the room is full of all the Light Beings that wish to be here, who are prepared to assist us to empower our Constitution to its highest vibration, ever, ever, ever, on this planet.

"'We the People' of Star Nations are joining along with 'We the People' of this Planet to become the thirty-third Family, the thirty-third Planet in this Galactic Federation. This is happening now as we speak. So hold this energy of Peace and Love and Unity as I speak these words:

"'We the People of the united States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, and provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united States of America.' Breathe in this energy. Breathe in this living document.

"See it in your mind’s eye. Feel the wisdom of this energy. And breathe Golden Love from your heart to this document. Feel the unity on this call as we blaze empowerment to this document and illuminate it and enlighten all beings on this Planet. That is the purpose of this call this evening. And it is done.
