Ashtar addressing the April 7, 2009 teleconference:
"..It is by agreement that we, all of us, are here - you and we. There are no accidents and there is no accident or coincidence that you're here. And what happens is that by giving your intention, by making a commitment to be here in this group or in any group for that matter, where the highest levels of Truth are presented by one or more voices, the Truth coming from, of course, Source, and coming to you because your Higher Self is a co-creator of that Truth. Did you know that?
"You're co-creators. What happens is that when you give your intent or make a commitment to be part of such a group it is necessary, oh you might think you're flying high, but it is necessary, for you to get to a certain level of, shall we say, vibration or existence or dimensionality or however you want to see it. We're keeping this light and easy Folks, no science here, just simply an easy little vision for you.
"It is necessary that at least that part of you that you call your Higher Self rise up high enough that we can come and meet and greet and become one with you. If you feel the vibrations of us, if you feel the Love and Joy that we radiate to you, it is because you simply have met us in such a place or such a space that it makes it all possible to happen.
"Now yes, it's true that we can come into the body of the human and lower our vibrations enough to do so, lower our frequencies enough. And there are some who are quite adept already at this practice. Yes, that's right. You've heard it before in this place and we'll mention it again. There are among you even now, Masters, Galactics, if you will, in human body. The human body is kind of a, the physical human body is kind of a sheath anyway, you know, it's kind of a way that this can all happen and take place.
"And so you have no doubt heard that St. Germain has been seen and heard. Yes, his voice rings true and clear, and he's being heard in many places. He does not travel alone, although he may appear to be so. But he has not only the empowerment of his voice and his being, but he also has what you might call a pretty powerful backup to his words.
"And there are those who are more and more seeing her standing directly, either at his side, or directly behind him; not that she can really hide. He is somewhat shorter in stature than she is, by choice, it's all by choice you know, but Sekhmet herself travels with St Germain. Now both of them have the ability to multi-locate, and of course they exist in multiple dimensions, as do you. But it is a transition, to say the least, to come into 3D because of the science involved. We shall not get into it.
"There are others who are seen upon Planet Earth on quite a regular basis. Mostly they are being seen by the children. We have mentioned this before. We shall repeat, most notably among them are, of course, Beloved Sananda, his mother Mary, his Beloved Mary the Magdalene (She still likes that red hair you know.).
"And then we have Lady Master Nada very much in evidence, what you call behind the scenes, in places where it counts. The Lady Kuan Yin is another who is being seen, and not just in her places generally attributed to be part of her particular domain; she is being seen worldwide. There are others; you know Quetzalcoatl? I may not have the pronunciation exactly as those from the Southern Americas would say it, but nevertheless, that one is very much in evidence and is being seen by the Elders of the Tribes.
"And when the Elders of the Tribes get together, there is no such thing as Tribal differences any more. We are happy to make that announcement. And there are many, many meetings going on. And you may be interested to know that the Tribal Elders don't always have to go in physicality just to get to a meeting. If they live in a remote area and have not the modern methods of transport, they can take themselves there anyway, and of course we are always at their service literally, if they want something a little bit more, shall we say, solid-seeming to take them places.
"Now it has been noted that Obama himself had quite an entourage in his most recent visits. The accompanying ships were, of course, special escorts. They were assigned, if you will, to be his escorts. They were the ships of Sekhmet. It was a pretty clear message, don't you think?
"Not a whole lot more needs to be said about the message that those three ships conveyed. There were others, by the way, from the Fleet, from the Ashtar Command Fleet, who remained cloaked, however, they were there. In fact, the lanes were quite clogged; if you wish to think of it in those terms. And when you think of that in the sky; well, freeway, oh yes, gridlock. Although they're moving at quite a pace, gridlock is quite common these days because there are so many trillions of ships out there now.
"Beloved Ones, it is difficult, we know, from your perspective, to grasp the historical significance of what's happening, because let's face it, Earth has never done this before. Oh, some of you have been places that have, but this is all new to Earthlings. And so it's quite fantastic and quite exciting..
"..There are many who are coming together at this time. We are happy to report that some of those that you might consider to be the greatest ones of the Planet; the greatest wise ones are together, whether they still have a human body or not.
"There are meetings, oh my goodness, there are meetings going on. The ships are an excellent place for the meetings, as are the places where the vortexes are, because they are so sacred and because we can pass through and so can they. Interesting, are not the vortexes? Ah yes, bringing you other dimensions - taking you to other dimensions, and so on and so on.
"And they are pretty full these days. Imagine the traffic at one of your big airports, let us say, on a Friday afternoon. Ah yes, just picture that and know how busy these places are in the world, the sacred places, the places of meetings, and the ships that are hovering close, beaming up those who are currently dwelling in bodies: scientists, mathematicians, teachers, growers of crops, Ashtar Command members in human bodies, ready and awake to their missions. Last minute preparations are being held on every level. And of course, let us not forget the political and financial ones, the great ones.
"And is it not worth noting, Beloved Ones, that the women, the females, are being represented there as well as the men? Never before on Planet Earth has there been such caring and sharing of the masculine and feminine energies to create Peace on Earth - abundance for all. And so I, Ashtar, would simply say to you, thanks and blessings to all of you.
"We have actually two other speakers coming after me. And so we offer blessings to all of you for your wondrous presence. We are here for you in service and in awe of you and all that you do. I, Ashtar, am particularly delighted when one of you calls upon me to spend a little time together, shall we say, one-on-one. Call upon me; call upon your team, your guides at any time you choose, Beloved Ones, and know that we are here in co-creation of this fabulous event - series of events, sequence of events, called the Ascension of Planet Earth. And so it is! Salut!"
